Day One — start here
Day One: Your Leak
A short diagnosis finds your leak, the one way you most often sabotage your own trading, and gives you a protocol for it: your Golden Rule, early warning signs, and one line for the moment the pull hits.
Risk Constitution
Signed before your first check: loss per trade (found with the Comfort Loss test), daily stop, max trades, and how many losing trades end your day. Tighten any time; raise only after a completed 20-Day Block, 25% at a time.
Before the session
Firewall Check
Seven questions about your state, then Proceed, Caution or Stop. Above them, one Today card: your limits, halved on a doubt day after a rule break or a red streak. After a few weeks it knows your history too, and a day like your worst ones turns a clean Proceed into a Caution.
During the session
Urge Check
One button in the corner while your day is open: "I want to break a rule." Name the urge, see what it costs against your own limits and your line for the moment, wait 90 seconds, then choose. Every urge you let pass is counted.
Session Mode
Start it after your check and keep the tab open: a short check-in every 30 minutes (or 15, 60, or off) on how you are and where you feel it in your body, and a 5-minute break every hour. Over time it learns your early warning sign.
Post-Loss Lockout
Tap "Trade closed" after every exit. A loss starts a 20-minute lockout that grows with each loss; a win or breakeven, a 5-minute pause before the next entry. No cluster trading. Each exit gets one question: by your plan or not, whatever the result. Reach your daily stop, losing-trade limit or max trades and the Firewall locks until tomorrow.
LAYER 0 Guard
Optional desktop app that locks your screen while a trade is open. A completed lock counts toward your Discipline Score.
After the session
Daily Close
Traded or not, rules followed, and P&L in dollars and in R, multiples of your loss per trade; mood and a note when you want them. Checked against your morning verdict. Broke a rule? Write your own if-then rule from it: it's on tomorrow's Firewall, and the Coach checks it the next evening.
Coach
After every Daily Close: where you stand, what happened in terms of your rules, and one thing for tomorrow. It remembers what it asked of you yesterday, reads your check-ins and the urges you beat, and never tells you what to trade.
The Weekly Close
Once a week: how often you traded compromised, checked against what actually got logged, plus a week card you can save.
Honesty Audit
Cross-checks your logged trades against your real broker history. No hiding a trade.

Discipline Score & Cards
One number from how well you followed your plan, never P&L; a rule broken on a green day counts double. Shareable cards in one series, so month two sits next to week one.
Growth Path & 20-Day Block
Five stages from gambler to casino owner, gated on process, each with its own measure of success: survival first, freedom last. From The Operator up, one completed 20-Day Mechanical Block: twenty trading days in a row, every rule followed.
Pattern & P&L Insights
Your own data shows which conditions precede your worst sessions, which side breaks your rules, greed or fear, and your real threshold: the loss size after which your next trade breaks a rule. Plus how many of your trades followed the plan.
Decision Audit Log
A timestamped record of every verdict, override, and lockout. Evidence you can't rewrite.

A hard start and end time: Firewall Check refuses to start outside it. Off by default.
Eval / Prop-Firm Budget
A monthly cap on evaluation spend. Meet it and the Firewall reminds you every morning: no new evals until next month. Two failed evals in a row start seven days on SIM. Off by default.
Commitment Contract
Stake $5–$500 against your own discipline for a week, forfeited to charity if you break it. Skip it and everything else works the same.
Position Size Calculator
The same trade, sized for where you actually are, capped at your comfort loss, and turned into contracts for your stop. When even one contract doesn't fit, it says so.
Edge Health
The one place LAYER 0 looks at P&L on purpose: your last two weeks against your own baseline. Never touches your Discipline Score.
