LAYER 0 Guard
A small desktop app that locks your screen while a trade is open. Pair it once from the app, and every completed lock counts toward your Discipline Score — the same weight as a respected Firewall Stop.
Watching an open position live is its own risk — not just the urge to add to a loser, but the fear that cuts a good trade short before it was ever supposed to close. Guard doesn't manage the trade for you. It just removes the one thing that was never helping: staring at it.
How It Works

Generate a pairing token
One-time, from the Guard page in the app. Shown once — copy it then.

Available for your desktop. Pairs your account, nothing else to configure.

It locks while a trade is open
You flag a trade as open, the screen locks. No platform, no charts, no price to react to.

It unlocks normally when you're done
Close out the trade, the lock lifts. A completed session counts toward your score.
Common Questions
What if I need to get out right now?
A force-unlock hotkey always works. Using it is logged honestly, but never penalized — Guard is there to remove temptation, not to trap you in an emergency.
Does this replace my broker's platform?
No. Guard locks your screen — it doesn't touch orders, positions, or your platform in any way. It works alongside any broker or platform you already use.
Do I have to use this?
No — it's entirely optional. Skip it completely and every other part of LAYER 0 works exactly the same.
