Firewall Check
Seven questions before you open a chart — sleep, mood, revenge impulse, overconfidence after a win. One of three verdicts: Proceed, Caution, or Stop. Not advice you can scroll past — a real gate.

Real app output — what Stop actually looks like.
What Happens on Stop
- ●Trading is locked — overriding requires a deliberate 10-second confirmation, not a single click
- ●A 20-minute cooldown period begins (see Post-Loss Lockout)
- ●The decision is logged with a timestamp — see Decision Audit Log
- ●Your honest logging streak continues — you didn't break it, you respected it
Your Morning Verdict Follows You All Day
Whatever you declare at check-in doesn't just vanish after you close the tab. The app remembers it and checks it against what actually happened by the time you log your Daily Close — a verdict before the trade, not just a review after it.
Common Questions
Does the Firewall Check know my trading strategy?
No. It has no opinion on setups, entries, or exits — only on the state you're in before you make any of those calls.
Can I skip it on days I don't trade?
You can log a no-trade day directly in Daily Close — an honest “didn't trade” day still counts toward your streak. It only breaks on a missed day, not a quiet one.
