What we collect

On this marketing site (layer0firewall.com):

• Your email address, if submitted via a waitlist or contact form.
• Anonymous usage analytics (page views, button clicks) via Vercel Analytics — no personal identifiers.
• If you take the Trading Discipline Risk Quiz (/quiz): nothing is stored or sent anywhere — it's answered and scored entirely in your browser, no email or signup involved. If you continue from your result into the app, the single highest-scoring category (e.g. “revenge”) — never your individual answers or score — is passed along in the link so the app can offer a starting Golden Rule suggestion. You choose whether to use it.

In the LAYER 0 app (app.layer0firewall.com), once you create an account:

• Account info: email address and authentication credentials (via Supabase Auth).
• Daily check-in / firewall check answers: sleep, mood, financial pressure, revenge-trade impulse, and other pre-trade state questions, plus the resulting verdict.
• Session journal entries: whether you traded, rules followed, notes, mood rating, and process outcome.
• Trading P&L data you choose to log (profit/loss outcome and amount) — we never connect to your broker or trading account directly.
• Account guardrail settings you configure (e.g. daily max drawdown, max contract size, trading window, monthly eval budget).
• Your Golden Rule, if you set one — one optional rule of your own choosing, shown back to you before each Firewall Check.
• Post-loss lockout and streak data (timestamps of lockouts, discipline streaks).
• Subscription and billing status (plan tier, trial status) — payment card details are never seen or stored by us directly (see “Payments” below).

Why we collect it

This data exists to run the core product: the firewall verdict, journal, discipline tracker, and account guardrails only work because they store what you enter. It also powers Pattern & P&L Insights — correlating your own check-in answers against your own logged outcomes, to show you which conditions tend to precede your worst sessions. This is computed from data already listed above, shown only back to you, and never shared. Email is also used for weekly progress report emails and product updates directly related to LAYER 0. We do not send marketing unrelated to LAYER 0.

How it's stored

All account and app data is stored in Supabase (a managed Postgres database provider), protected by row-level security so each user can only access their own records. This marketing site and the app are hosted on Vercel.

Payments

The Core Manual PDF is sold as a standalone product via Gumroad, which handles that transaction and any payment data involved — we do not receive or store your card details for that purchase. The app subscription ($14.99/mo or $149/yr) is billed via Stripe; Stripe processes and stores your payment method, and we only store a reference (customer/subscription ID) and your plan status, never your full card number.

Third parties we use

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Vercel — hosting and anonymous site analytics.
• Stripe — app subscription billing.
• Gumroad — standalone PDF purchase.
• Resend — delivery of the weekly progress report email (you can unsubscribe anytime from the link in that email).

We never sell your data

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is only shared with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the product.

Requesting deletion

To delete your account and all associated data (journal entries, check-ins, guardrails, streak history), email us at layer0firewall@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will delete your record within 7 days.
